Keep the record on yarramate.dev, with the people and the agents on the engagement.
Everything else on this site is free and stays on your machine: the editor, the command line, your own agent. A workspace adds the parts that need a server.
- History with a name on every change. Who changed what, when, and whether it came from the editor or from an agent.
- Sharing by invitation. Your team and the client's architects work on the same record. There are no public links.
- Agents reach the record over the network. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, and also claude.ai and ChatGPT, which cannot see files on your computer.
- Export as plain files at any time. On every plan, including after one lapses. The open source tool reads the same folder.
Stays free
Nothing about the free tools changes.
The editor, the command line and your own agent run on your machine with no account. A workspace is opt-in, and a record can move between the two as a folder.
After the free week
Read-only, never deleted.
Start a subscription when you are ready. Without one, the practice's workspaces become read-only after seven days. Nothing is deleted and export keeps working. If a payment fails, editing carries on for 14 days while the card is updated.
Limits
Every limit has a number.
Each practice: 50 workspaces, 100 members, 50 invitations a day. Each workspace: 10 MB of files, 200 documents, 2,000 subjects, 300 agent tool calls a minute, 8 open editor windows.
